KFTL facilitates the import and export of goods to /from Jamaica, with a focus on the expansion and improvement of its customer service.

More than one thousand full containers are delivered to Jamaican industries each week.

We measure our performance through the following five key points:

  1. Availability - KFTL operates all day, every day, to ensure consistent and continuous movement of goods in the region. We are increasing resources such as berth capacity and yard capacity, and improving its overall flexibility to enhance the terminal availability.
  2. Reliability - At present a team of experienced engineers and operators keep our business running smoothly using our well tooled fleet of equipment. Nonetheless, as we continuously strive to improve our service we work to upgrade our machinery, equipment, tools and IT infrastructure to ensure our service to our clients is first class
  3. Productivity - Time is of essence in the supply chain. Productivity is one of our key performance factor and KFTL is focused on delivering the very best, around the clock
